At EternalScars, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or preference.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once it has been processed.
2. Size & Fit

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our pieces. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right.
Requirements for a claim:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Once our team reviews the claim, we will provide instructions for a replacement or store credit.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
EternalScars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. If your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
